Delete your Araqick account

Permanently delete your Araqick account in the app, or request deletion here if Araqick is no longer installed or available to you.

Deletion is permanent

A deleted Araqick account cannot be restored. Signing in again later will create a new Araqick account and will not restore deleted cloud data.

Choose a deletion method

Both methods permanently delete the Araqick account after the account owner has been verified.

OPTION 1 · APP INSTALLED

Delete inside Araqick

This is the fastest method when you can still open the application.

  1. Open Araqick.
  2. Open Settings, then Account.
  3. Select Delete Araqick Account.
  4. Review the notice and continue.
  5. Reauthenticate with the same Google account and confirm deletion.
OPTION 2 · WITHOUT THE APP

Request deletion by email

Send the request from the same Google email address used to create or connect your Araqick account.

  1. Use the prefilled request button below.
  2. Confirm your Araqick Google email in the message.
  3. Send the email without including any password or authentication code.

If the button does not open your email app, send your request to deletion@araqick.com with the subject "Araqick account deletion request".

How we verify your request

To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, the request must come from the same Google email address associated with the Araqick account. If it comes from another address, we will ask you to resend it from the associated address or complete limited ownership verification before deletion.

Araqick will never ask for your Google password, payment details, or authentication codes. If no existing Araqick account matches the verified email, we will tell you that no account was found. The deletion-request process will never create a new Araqick account.

What is deleted

Araqick account data

  • Your Firebase Authentication account and Araqick Account ID
  • Account name, email address, profile-image reference, sign-in association, and other profile data held in Firebase Authentication
  • Synchronized Cloud Firestore learning progress stored beneath your Account ID, including lesson and star progress
  • A reviewer-access entitlement linked to the Account ID, if one exists

What is not deleted remotely

  • Your Google Account
  • Anonymous guest progress, settings, Fruits, Gems, Growth, bookmarks, notification state, or other information that remains only on a device
  • Service-provider security, authentication, advertising and related analytics, hosting, or email logs retained under the provider's normal retention schedule
  • A limited deletion-job record linked to your Account ID for up to seven days, and information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes

Signed-in learning progress synchronized to Araqick's cloud is deleted with the account. To remove every local copy and any guest data, clear Araqick's app storage in Android settings and uninstall the app. Android backup or device-transfer features may later restore eligible preferences.

Purchases and subscriptions

Araqick does not currently enable purchases or subscriptions in the Android app. There is therefore no active Araqick subscription to cancel as part of account deletion. If paid functionality is introduced, this page and the Privacy Policy will be updated before it is made available.

Processing time

After the account owner is verified, Araqick will process the request as soon as reasonably possible and within 30 days. We will email you when deletion is complete, if no matching account is found, or if more information is required to verify ownership.
